Owner David Kipper embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and excels in leading his Real Estate & Property Management business through the Real Estate Industry. His service-first, “Golden-Rule” philosophy in building Golden Real Estate.

A family man, David has a wife, three children, and a golden retriever. His community involvement includes coaching Little League and currently serves as Secretary of the Herndon-Reston Little League Board. You can also find David and his family volunteering at local events and constantly making a difference for our community.
